At Jerelle Consulting Management, we value the time and commitment of our clients and ensure clear and fair engagement terms. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which consulting sessions, meetings, and project engagements may be rescheduled or cancelled.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur, and we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining efficient service delivery for all clients.
Clients are requested to provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled consultations. This allows us to manage availability and better serve our clients.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in rescheduling delays or applicable administrative fees depending on the nature of the engagement.
If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation or meeting without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited and may not qualify for rescheduling.
For ongoing consulting projects, cancellation terms will be determined by the specific service agreement established at the beginning of the engagement.
